What should I expect day of my event?
Our massage therapists will arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the start of their first appointment and are self-sufficient once they are in the designated massage space.
When they arrive, our therapists will ask for the point of contact and should be directed to their designated space. The therapist will manage the schedule themselves giving you a relaxing hands-off experience. At the end of the shift, our therapists will clean up the space, check out if needed, and be on their way.
If your company has any specific check-in/check-out procedures, please share them with us so we can prepare our therapists for seamless delivery.
